Many of us are used to thinking that breathing is a passive act that seems to happen on its own. But this imperceptible process accompanies us every second of our life. What if we could learn to change our stereotypes so that this process worked on its own to solve our problems? What if we could learn to use this tool to influence our well-being on a cellular level? What if we could change our condition just by tracing our act of breathing?

WHO IS THE AUTHOR AND WHAT IS THE METHOD?
“We've found and crystallized the most effective and necessary breathing instruments for people. We've tested the approaches of different specialists. We've carefully worked on the method, synthesizing many breathing techniques and adding our own experiences. This research inspired our methodology.”
SOW or the SCHOOL OF WELL-BEING is a platform for work with breathing and body. It’s created by a community of professional doctors and specialists who do non-boring scientific wellbeing. We’re putting together tools for working with the breath, nutrition, and body right now. The very tools that we’ve checked out by ourselves, know their results, and use them every day.
